A client that we had been hoping to work with for some time suddenly asked us to source freelancers in Portugal, Spain, and East Europe after failing to find candidates with the requisite experience from 56 applicants through LinkedIn. With no experience of current rates for freelance professionals in the space and pressures on their time and resources, they turned to us for help.
