In this role, you will be responsible for the receipt, handling, movement, and documentation of raw materials, Work-in-Process (WIP), and Finished Goods at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility for our biotech client. The role involves both physical and system-based inventory responsibilities within a cGMP-compliant environment. You will be expected to work in accordance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards, all within a dynamic, team-oriented workplace.



Essential Duties and Job Functions:

  • Receive, verify, and document incoming materials and shipments.
  • Transport and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area aligned with safety guidelines.
  • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to handle materials safely.
  • Prepare, package, and ship outgoing materials accurately.
  • Enter accurate data for inventory transactions, including receipts, movement, and shipments.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Support compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with various warehouse tasks as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of warehouse and inventory experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment required.
  • Prior experience in FDA-regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks such as prolonged standing and manual handling.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification or training in forklift operation preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and procedures.
