- This is a non-technical role, but the ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with accessibility engineers and developers to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, addressing uncertainty and maintaining roadmaps, metrics, and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Manage a team inbox to triage incoming support requests and prioritize strategic work effectively.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, using tools like JIRA.
- Provide end-to-end delivery support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
- Handle project administration tasks as needed in the absence of a dedicated admin team.
- Oversee relationships with contracted suppliers, including creating statements of work, agency briefs, and contract deliverables.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting, including raising invoices and purchase orders.
- Monitor and mitigate risks while managing dependencies across teams and products.
Required Experience:
Mandatory:
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle phases and product delivery processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or project streams simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and collaboration tools like Miro.
- Experience working within large, complex organizations.
Desirable:
- A strong interest in or experience with digital accessibility projects.
- Familiarity with addressing technical challenges, though coding experience is not required.
