Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer service or billing concerns through actions such as merchandise exchanges, refunds, and bill adjustments.
- Communicate with customers to respond to inquiries and provide updates on claim investigations or account adjustments.
- Escalate unresolved customer concerns to designated departments for further review.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in documenting and recording customer information accurately.
- Experience using computer applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with JDE or ERP systems.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer service-related role required.
