My role within Hydrogen as a Senior Recruitment Manager is to lead and develop our internal delivery team of Technology Recruiters. My team is highly specialized and has a recognized Net Promotor Score of delivering World Class Service to our Candidates.
We have all levels of experience, from Associate Recruiters paving their way into the Recruitment world, to Executive Recruiters who relentlessly grow and better themselves.
In addition to overseeing our Technology Delivery team, I also am responsible for the operational success of our US Division. Supporting People and Culture, Marketing, and Contractor Care to ensure a seamless experience for our internal staff as well as our Contractors.
