​As a recruiter with our US Life Sciences team, I recruit for contract roles with industry-leading biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

Having graduated university, I decided to begin my career in recruitment with Hydrogen as I love communicating with different individuals on a daily basis, having genuine conversations to really understand their own personal goals. I have since developed an in-depth knowledge of the US life science market and can help candidates find their ideal role and company not just in terms of their skillset, but also culturally. I realize the process of finding a new job can be a stressful time for candidates, so I aim to simplify as much as possible, guiding them through each stage and always being available to chat.
