The role:
This is an opportunity to join our client’s Core Banking team and help shape the future of Banking & Payments Platform, ensuring delivery of scalable, reusable, and compliant solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build the best overall picture for your assigned project features and be the point of reference for information and updates on your area of function.
- Capture requirements and artefacts in an accurate manner to help devise appropriate solutions.
- Function as a bridge between business and technical team in articulating contents in an understandable language.
- Complete assigned tasks in timely manner in alignment with the project timelines.
Key skills required:
- Previous experience in business analysis roles working in Core Banking areas such as, Loan, Deposits, Accounts, interest calculation, fees calculation, payment reconciliation.
- Excellent structured analytical skills with the ability to document requirements for complex and vast systems in a logical and understandable manner.
- The ability to write user stories for developers with clear and testable acceptance criteria.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills working across the product and engineering organisation with a wide set of teams.
- High diligence including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
