Manufacturing Technician I

3rd Shift (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm - 6:30am)
Duration:
9-Month Contract
Pay:$21.50
Responsibilities:
- Precise liquid handling using both manual pipettes and automated systems to prepare various solutions, reagents, and product formulations
- Operation and maintenance of laboratory automation equipment, particularly liquid handling robots, to ensure consistent high-quality results
- Regular quality control testing to verify product quality and consistency
- Safe handling of chemical materials throughout their lifecycle - from preparation and storage to proper disposal, following all hazardous material protocols
- Management of laboratory space, maintaining cleanliness and organization while strictly following safety procedures
- Support of team objectives by taking on additional projects as needed, with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience with laboratory techniques, particularly solution preparation and precise pipetting
- Working knowledge of laboratory software systems and automation controls
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control processes is a plus
