The Role:
- Advising on a broad range of general banking & finance matters, including corporate lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, restructuring and syndicated loans.
- Working closely with an established yet growing team, gaining exposure to major regional and international deals.
- Engaging directly with high-profile clients, including financial institutions, corporates, and private equity sponsors.
- Collaborating with other practice areas on multi-jurisdictional matters.
The Ideal Candidate:
✔️ 2-4 years’ PQE from a leading international or top-tier regional law firm.
✔️ Common Law qualified (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, etc.).
✔️ Experience in general banking & finance, ideally with some exposure to acquisition finance, real estate finance, general lending
✔️ Strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
✔️ Interest in relocating to Dubai and growing with a developing team.
