I look after Hydrogen Groups growth within EMEA where I advise existing and new clients on a range of staffing solutions. I am responsible for impacting growth through sales and marketing led activities where I provide advisory, and data led conversations to enable decision makers to positively impact their workforce.

I have worked in talent solutions diagnosing and solving client pains for over a decade, from early-stage discovery sessions with clients to operational delivery ensuring we deliver on what say we would! I’m fortunate I’ve got great colleagues around me, SMEs who add considerable value. Governance, project management, EVP literature and continuous improvement strategies are just the tip of the iceberg to ensure you're the employer of choice for 'would be' candidates, I love the workshopping through possible solutions to client challenges.

Outside of work I’m busy with my 2-year-old daughter Evie, our big, BIG dog Albie the Leonberger, and my wonderful wife!
