As a Client Services Manager, I work closely with our US MSP Lifesciences clients on strategizing how to find the best talent for their departments, along with supporting a designated team of specialized recruiters navigating the market. We support a range of job verticals including: R&D, Scientific, Engineering, Quality, Professional, Light Industrial/Manufacturing and are continuously working to delve into additional categories.
I began my recruitment career after graduating from the University of Stirling in June 2021. Since then, I have really been given the opportunity to thrive within an organization which enables me to really own my career pathway. Having initially joined Hydrogen as an Associate Recruiter not knowing a single thing about the Lifesciences industry, to being promoted to a Recruiter and then recently a Client Services Manager.
At Hydrogen, it is important to us that we dig deep and understand what is important to both our clients and candidates that will enable them to thrive in the workplace. We know what works for one person, or business, won’t suit another.
