​I am a Principal Life Sciences recruiter, with over 15 years of experience and a specialization in Biometrics. I recruit for some amazing clients nationwide and help fill both contract and permanent roles.

My favorite part about recruiting, and specifically in this industry, is building relationships, and having the opportunity to change people’s lives for the better. There is no better compliment than hearing I helped someone land their dream job, or I helped a client fill a role that was critical to their success.

I strive to understand the needs of both my clients and my candidates, and my goal is to build long standing relationships, not short term transactions. I feel my strength lies in my desire to understand people’s needs and wants and who they are, beyond just a piece of paper. That has allowed me to build a strong network and a solid reputation in our industry.
