Our client is a global leader in medical device technologies, dedicated to developing products that address cardiovascular diseases, offering solutions for surgical heart valves and critical care monitoring.

This role will involve working on product development by designing, testing, and improving products through complex experiments and tests.


Key responsibilities Include:

  • Creating engineering models, test methods, and documentation, as well as developing and updating design control documents (e.g., requirements specs, risk assessments).
  • Creating and executing engineering project plans, managing supplier relationships, defining tolerances, and guiding technicians on test procedures. Additionally, the position includes
  • Evaluating technical input, providing recommendations, and mentoring lower-level employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Scientific field with 4 years of experience required.
  • Master's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or a Scientific field with 3 years of experience required.
  • Ph.D. or equivalent in Engineering or a Scientific field required.

Skills:

  • Expertise in MS Office and CAD (PTC Creo) and Windchill for product lifecycle management, including design controls.
  • Strong documentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, with consultative and relationship management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of statistical techniques and experience with lab/industrial equipment.
  • Solid knowledge of engineering principles and concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • In-depth understanding of work processes and equipment.
  • Good leadership skills and ability to influence change.
  • Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety, Quality guidelines, and clean room medical device manufacturing.
  • Attention to detail and ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels.
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in teams.
  • Capable of interacting with senior personnel on significant matters requiring cross-organization coordination.
