Required Knowledge / Experience of Contractor
1-2 resources with the following experience to plan, draft and execute testing for API Pharmaceutical Automation systems as follows, successful candidate will preferably have the below experience at a minimum performed in an operating pharmaceutical environment:
- Has minimum 10 ~ 20 + years of experience in Commissioning and qualification of PLC/SCADA systems.
- Responsible for validating / qualifying automation systems on new automation control systems.
- Ensure systems are installed correctly and function as intended.
- Has Led multiple FATs and SATs as well as commissioning and start-up of process equipment.
- Author, review and execute validation documentation, and test protocols for Rockwell systems or Siemens systems.
- Knowledge of qualifying / validating tools such as HPLM (eTIMS) will be added advantage.
- Manage change controls and deviations as required.
