About the Role
Our client is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join the Global Brand team. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand management initiatives. You will collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to develop and refine promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing and digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in crafting marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, web pages, emails, and advertisements.
- Manage project workflows, approvals, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to refine and finalize marketing assets.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proofread and edit marketing content to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Provide administrative and organizational support for ongoing brand and campaign initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing-related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in marketing campaign development or execution.
- Background in the MedTech or healthcare industry (preferred but not required).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, project management, or content creation.
