Kerry Redmond

Having started her career in the Recruitment and HRO space over 15 years ago, Kerry comes with a wealth of experience within the MSP, RPO and SOW world and has a particular focus on IT, engineering, financial service and defence/ aerospace sectors. From single placements, through to designing and delivering solutions for large-scale, mutli-national hiring transformations, Kerry has nurtured relationships with some of the most senior stakeholders and buyers within world of talent and HR.

Kerry's recruitment career started as a junior recruitment consultant, working within the IT and defence spaces, which enabled her to embark on a journey which would eventually see her shape solutions for some of the biggest brands globally, eventually leading the delivery of contingent workers across SC and DV Cleared markets whilst heading up IT, defence and technology sectors

More recently, she has seen success within the background screening and security vetting sector, having established, grown and operationally delivered solutions across some of the most heavily regulated sectors, globally.
